Cloncad is a leading contractor specialising in the provision of electrical, mechanical, maintenance and fitout services to a range of sectors including Industrial, commercial, data centres, manufacturing, infrastructure pharmaceutical and healthcare.
We are currently looking to hire a Payroll Administrator on a part-time basis. The Payroll Administrator will report directly to the Accounts Manager. The role Is based in our head office in Moyvalley, Kildare, Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing payroll support to the Accounts Manager.
- Daily management of the minor works element of the business.
- Approving creditor invoices for payment.
- Cross checking creditor payments daily.
- Liaise with all departments within the business.
- Any other ad-hoc duties which arise.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Strong numerical skills.
- Good working understanding of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
