Job Purpose
Full-time position based in a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Dublin. The role focuses on mechanical maintenance, fitting, and fault-finding to ensure optimal performance of production equipment.
Main Responsibilitie:
- Carry out mechanical maintenance and repairs on pharmaceutical production equipment.
- Diagnose and fault-find on mechanical systems and machinery.
- Perform mechanical fitting, assembly, and installation of plant equipment.
- Execute preventative maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and support production continuity.
- Adhere to GMP, safety, and regulatory standards at all times.
- Collaborate with other maintenance and engineering teams as required.
Requirements:
- Recognised Mechanical Trade Qualification is desirable, but not required.
- Proven experience in mechanical maintenance within a pharmaceutical or regulated
- environment preferred.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of GMP and health & safety practices.
- Flexibility to work shifts and respond to equipment issues as needed.
