Alfie Byrnes Apartments – Complex Redevelopment 

Cloncad was appointed as the Electrical Contractor to carry out the Electrical redevelopment work on the Alfie Byrnes Apartments complex.

The works consisted of creating a concealed cable path to provide new sub main cabling and ICT Services to each apartment. The works also included the supply and installation of new Switch Gear, Street Lighting and Balcony Lighting.

The works were undertaken with zero disruption to the tenants who remained on site for the duration of the project.
