Ballydowd Special Care Unit – Refurbishment

The Refurbishment of Ballydowd Special Care Unit included the Electrical Services upgrade of 3no. Residential Buildings, Administration unit, Education unit and Recreational facility.

Given the nature of the facility all fixtures and fittings under the electrical contract had to be flush and / hidden throughout all units to adhere to the anti-ligature requirements of the project. Our scope included the Supply, Installation Testing and Commissioning of LV Switchgear, Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, Lighting, Nurse Call, Security, Lightning Protection, General Services and Mechanical Power & Control wiring.
