Clients (Protected by NDA) – Maintenance Contract Cloncad is contracted by various Clients directly to provide a complete building preventative maintenance solution for their facilities.
This Scope includes the provision of full time on site support along with scheduled daily, weekly, monthly and annual preventative maintenance tasks.
Cloncad also provide a reactive service and this is managed through Cloncad’s ITACPM Maintenance package specifically tailored for our Clients needs and requirements. This service is supported by our minor works team who are carry out any additional scopes that arise on behalf of our Clients.
We pride ourselves in our attention the Detail and our ability to capture all site alterations in a controlled and documented manor.
