Fitzwilliam Court – Office Refurbishment Cloncad was appointed as the Electrical Contractor for the fit out of Fitzwilliam Court’s seven story fit out in the heart of Dublin.
The scope of work consisted of the Installation Testing and Commissioning of Switchgear, General Services, Lighting, Emergency Lighting, Life Safety System, Security, ICT and Mechanical Control Wiring.
The original build schedule was based on a six month delivery which was reduced to a five month build.
