Grifols – First Floor Administration Fit out Cloncad was appointed as the Electrical and Mechanical Contractor to fit out the Administration building first floor shell and core area at Grifols Grange Castle campus.
The scope of work consisted of a full fit out to include Deconstruction of existing shell and core services, the Installation Testing and Commissioning of Lighting, Emergency Lighting, Life Safety Systems, General Services, ICT, BMS Wiring, Security, Fan Coil Units, Air Conditioning, Hot and cold water services, Drainage and soils and waste.
The project was completed 2 weeks ahead of the construction schedule to the Clients satisfaction
