John West – Office Fit Out Cloncad was appointed as the Electrical Contractor to fit out the forth floor shell and core area at John west’s Dundrum Office.
The scope of work consisted of a full fit out to include Deconstruction of existing shell and core services, the Installation Testing and Commissioning of Lighting, Emergency Lighting, Life Safety Systems, General Services, ICT, BMS Wiring, and Security.
The project was completed over a 6 week schedule on time and within budget.
