PlanNet 21 - Office Refurbishment 

Cloncad was appointed as the Main Fit out Contractor by PlanNet 21 to remodel their two story office space in Blanchardstown.

The scope of work consisted of a full fit out across two floors to include Deconstruction of existing services, Construction of new partitions and ceilings, Fire proofing, Sound proofing, Glazing, Carpentry, Flooring, Electrical, Mechanical and Decoration services.

Cloncad were given eight weeks to delivery this project from start to finish and the project was handed over in time and on budget.
