Skruf Savsjo Sweden - Case Trace Project Cloncad were engaged to project manage and delivery a Case Trace project for Skruf at their Swedish plant.
The project was coordinated and scheduled in great detail prior to commencing on site to ensure we could compress the schedule to seven working weeks in line with the Clients requests. The Client stated a very clear directive from the initial engagement which was zero disruption to their plant.
Our scope involved new Switchgear, Power, Control, ICT, Containment, Manufacturing Dlog and screen display bracketry in keeping with the previous line hardware installation.
The Project was delivered seamlessly by our team and commissioned one week ahead of schedule. In appreciation for the effort put in by our team the Client wrote a letter of appreciation following the project handover which can be seen in our testimonial page.
