Us&Co - Commercial Office Fit out

Cloncad was appointed as the Electrical Contractor for Us&Co’ first venture into Ireland, a five storey shared office development in the heart of Dublin.

The scope of work consisted of the Installation Testing and Commissioning of Switchgear, General Services, Lighting, Emergency Lighting, Life Safety System, Security, ICT and Mechanical Control Wiring.

Following completion of the contract, Cloncad was engaged directly by Us&Co for the annual maintenance of General Services, Distribution, Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting Systems.
