Us&Co – Fourth Floor Fit out 

Cloncad was appointed as the Main Fit out Contractor by Us&Co to remodel their fourth floor office space.

The scope of work consisted of a full floor fit out to include Deconstruction of existing services, Construction of new partitions and ceilings, Fire proofing, Sound proofing, Glazing, Carpentry, Flooring, Electrical, Mechanical and Decoration services.

Cloncad were given five weeks to delivery this project from start to finish and the pre site planning and engagement of excellent sub contractors enabled us to deliver a high end finish on time and on budget.
